I purchased this laptop about 30 days ago on sale for 199.99 and for the money I was impressed. It is a little slow compared to my desktop but for traveling this is great. You must update laptop right away for windows you will be impressed for sure after that.

I had to but a Bluetooth adapter for this computer as it did not come with a Bluetooth adapter with the unit. That was an extra $30 plus I got the driver software from the USB download. With it installed to the device manager I got Bluetooth capability.

I bought this laptop because of it's price and 4.0 rating. I was out of a laptop and I needed one quick. $250 with a 4GB RAM seemed to be a good option. But later I realize this is a mistake. Not just a mistake, it's the ultimate mistake of all! This reminds me of my first home computer I bought in 1998, pentium III with 128 (was it 256? I can't remember) PC. Not P IV, this works like a P III !!!! Annoyingly frustrating! Don't buy this!

4.5 stars (I rounded up) It isn't a bad laptop for the price. Old games run smoothly on this laptop. FSX, Battlefront 2 (No not the new one), Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, and even Arma 3! Just remember not to use the pre-installed browser because it is slow (I'm currently using Google Chrome). Serves my needs, and should serve your's (Unless you are looking for a gaming laptop).

I brought this laptop online priced at $209.99 plus tax $14.17 totaling 224.16 on June 30, 2017. It arrived on July 3th, 2017. I updated the entire software I needed to do. It worked good but a bit tad slow. The next day which was 4th of July, 2017, I turned it on, connected already to my wifi but suddenly it gave the blue screen of death NOT once twice or a third but 4 time each time I connected it to my wifi. I called GeekSquad and let them know my laptop gave me 4 blue screen in LESS than 24 hours(A DAY). I returned the defective laptop to my nearest Best Buy Store. By the way returning the bad laptop the process was quick and great by the customer service specialist and buying my new laptop which took roughly about 10 minutes. I got a gift card for $224.16 because it was price match to the special offer online($209.99) which regular price is $259.99. I bought the same model and should be arriving this Tuesday 11th of July. I will review this model again. I do not know if I should recommend this to a friend or any other BB customers so for now I will put no to recommending it. This is NOT a joke to my honest review.!

Worked well for the time it was needed. Log on, set up, and syncing with existing accounts was easy.

Bought this because my laptop crashed and I needed to get operational quickly. It's is PAINFULLY SLOW! Takes forever to boot up. Takes forever to connect to internet, Downloads very slow. My previous computer had no problem with same internet connection. Lots of blank screens. Had a tech pro check it shortly after purchase to see if I set something up wrong because it was so slow. Nope,setup was clean. Only good for data storage, not for much else, like actually using it. Worst computer I have ever purchased, including used ones!

great powerful laptop for the kids to play with at home.

Being curious i touched the screen and it works! Speakers are loud. I went from a $199 acer chromebook to this and so far fingers crossed it'll last as the chromebook RIP 2013-2016

I got this on Black Friday for a Great Price.This is a gift and We haven't tried the product yet but are looking forward to it.

Got several on black friday for friends that have limited computer knowledge and skills. It meets their needs for surfing the web, playing on fb, and doing office.

i used to have a dell and i loved it but it recently broke so i had to buy a new laptop. I saw the reviews for this one and they were pretty good so i decided to get it but i absolutely hate it. Its the slowest laptop ive ever had. Takes forever just to turn on and i constantly have to press the num lock key to type in numbers which is annoying. Everything else is fine but i cant deal with the turning on process so im hoping i can return it since i just bought it less than a week ago.

Overall a pretty decent computer. It gets pretty slow when multiple tabs are open.

Don't listen to the bad reviews. Laptop is great especially when it comes to school work, if you have wifi (xfinity, att, etc) you'll be fine.
