Purchased this computer for my mother, easy set up etc.

computer is basic for someone who want to do emails and simple searches. keypad is sensitive and must press right area. area just to the left of keypad is sensitive and you need to move hand in order to move arrow also does size reductions without keypad instructions

Gets the job done, not complicated. Is parent friendly

No setup easy to start using out of box. Plugging in a mouse and recognized without a single problem. My first laptop and will probably never buy a tower again.

I am loving this one much better than the last one, larger screen numbers to my right, which I didn't have with the last one. Just actually got it hooked up by the Geek Squad, so far so good.

I was looking for a laptop to replace my failing one.I do simple stuff email. internet stuff. school work, Loading windows 10 took forever but this laptop was just what I was looking for.

Bought it as a birthday gift for the misses. Works fine and has great battery life. But we only use it for surfing the web and office 365. At the price it works perfectly fine.

No complaints from my grandaughter. She was real impressed with the 'Beatsaudio'. This replaced a machine that was old and slow, like me.

For a simple laptop to surf the web and handle email, this notebook will be fine, but I would not recommend this for someone needing significant resources for gaming, creating video/audio content, or other intensive tasks.

This is a great computer. I run a professional sound business and this computer handles everything I need done without any glitches

I am quite satisfied with my purchase. I have tried another brand and I didn't really like the screen resolution as well a this HP laptop. I am very glad I chose this one.

I bought this for my grandson for his birthday. He loves it! He uses it mostly for gaming (he is 12) and it works for him perfectly!!! Highly recommend...nice screen size

My wife needed a laptop that she could use to do our household accounting, pay bills, email, get on the web. This computer does a great job. For the money it is the best.
