This laptop does everything you could possible need as a general use computer. Great value for money, and very easy set up. I would recommend this for anyone needing a computer for basic use at home or in the office.

Really nice computer if you're just looking for something to go on the web or check e-mails with. A little slow bringing up some sites. That could be from bad internet. Worth the money, tho.

Low end HP laptop...really only use it for email, internet, typical home use. Little slow - attribute it to slow internet and only 4gb ram. Will probably upgrade later to 8 gb. Comes with Windows 10S, making it impossible to load the free security software or printer driver without reverting to regular Windows 10.

This is a great laptop for the price. Quick startup time and lots of space with 1 Terabit. Perfect for small business/person use.

I bought this for my Mom and it was an easy set up and a good price. My only small criticism is that it runs slow but I use my iPhone a lot and maybe I’m used to that.

For basic paperwork processing it does the job. It's not fast but it serves it's purpose. Great for light work tasks or class assignments. Quick set up. Great price

its ok if your on a budget and want something cheep. you can shop online and pay your bills but it is slow because of the 4gb. I only use it for basic stuff like I mentioned and I wanted something cheep cause I am on a budget. remember, you get what you pay for. if you want fast and multitask go for 8gb, if you want basic get this. I like this one because it has windows 10s so I did not have to purchase virus protection software. the 1tb hard drive is nice to.

We gave it to my daughter for online learning and had to get a computer for us. It’s a bit slow but ok for children. For the price we payed, it’s great. My daughter even uses it to play online once in a while and watch YouTube videos.

My granddaughter needed a laptop to complete online work and assignments for a class. This laptop functions similarly to a previous purchase: easy to use, enough storage for extra activities, and more than sufficient battery life. o a

Are you a gamer?? Are your kids???????! If so, then stop reading this review and go and buy this!! Why waste anymore time before the secret is out and Best Buy realizes whst a steal this is!!!! Check the specs, check the price...buy it.

This HP PC is a good little machine I bought for my daughter. I have had this same PC for about 4 yrs and it not the fastest horse in the stable and has not given any trouble. I would gladly rate it a five star if it was a little faster. My daughter uses it to control a sewing machine and it is a 5 star for that purpose. Not a gamer!!!

Great laptop for basic uses such as Microsoft word and other general uses. Needs more RAM. Windows is slow with only 4gb.

I needed an inexpensive laptop so this one is fine, it's a little slow and the High Def. Sucks but great for the price.

I absolutely love this laptop, it has everything I need. I record lectures and it has great storage space. It’s fast and accurate❤️ I love how I can add webpages to the toolbar and start menu! I also love how it has the full keypad on the right side. If you need a cheap but efficient laptop for school, get this one .

I bought this computer for the wife. It has a nice size screen, easy to use with windows already loaded on it. Light for a laptop, the 1TB hard drive was just enough for all her pictures. The only downside and t reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was because of the battery. The battery life doesn’t last as long and she’s constantly having to keep it plugged in. Other than that it’s worth the money
