It has Windows 10, and I'm not familiar with it. I would like tp know more so I could be more efficient.

This is a great computer to invest in for a child. It very capable, while being relatively inexpensive.

It's a great starter, but both started to shut down by themselves with first month. One in first week.

I bought this laptop for my dad. He just needs it for internet access and to save and transfer photos. I was told that this computer is sufficient for this use. However, the computer sometimes takes literally hours to transfer files to/from a flash drive. Sometimes, the computer freezes during tasks (not responding) and I have to restart the computer. Also, sometimes the restart takes a few minutes. I have a laptop that's over 10 years old that works better.

I got this for my 9 year old for Christmas. He loves it and has no problems doing it alone

This HP laptop, It's perfect and love color Blue. Came with mouse, backpack, and sleeve. Couldn't be more happier with this Laptop.

the bag zipper from this deal jammed and broke before i used it once. the laptop runs very slow. it is very difficult to wake it up and start using. It freezes and only after i restarted it, did it start working. HP is a good brand but I wished I paid a little more for the other product offered. I got what I paid for.
