This deal comes with everything you need to get started. The bag is slim and light and will not hold much except for the laptop and a couple of small gadgets.

The keys of the keyboard do not feel comfortable. The speed of processing multiple tasks is also not so good.

Cheap. I got what i paid for and it was cheap. Fortunately, Best Buy took it back and the saleswoman was great. She led me to what i really needed.

Slowest Intel i5 I've ever used! Lots of crapware slowing it down. I blame HP. Returned and bought an Acer that performs like an i5 should.

It was an open box item, the associate told me that nothing was wrong with the item, took it home and the DVD tray kept popping out, returned it the next day expecting a full refund but the store kept part of my money for an open software that I didn't request which was to be installed (never did) on the laptop that I returned. While I was leaving the store there was a couple returning the same item for the same reason.

Thought it was a good deal but had to return it after the Web browsers kept freezing and Explorer wouldn't launch to open folders.

Very slow computer. I was told by the sales rep (from the manufacturer) that was visiting the store this had one of the newer processors and the way it was listed on line was incorrect. They did not have a display but he showed me one that was the same (or so he said). I haven't had the time to load anything on it and it is so sluggish.

When we finally received a computer (over a week past the delivery date) it wouldn't connect to the Internet and the stove couldn't connect either, but gave my daughter and hard time when she wanted to return it (Oshkosh store). I took it to the Madison store and they were fantastic and very nice.

I had this laptop for one year with virus protection and it stopped working. I get a blue screen. No gaming, no watching videos, just writing papers for school and some web browsing. I am so disappointed with HP. Their quality is crappy.

Had to return this computer as it's not user friendly. It's also slow to start up and not very responsive.

Had issues with it from the get go, ended up exchanging it for a much better laptop.

Very undependable as far as speed and ability to count on it when needed.

68 years old, has little need for a laptop, but demanded one. This one seemed like a decent compromise of all-around performance and price for someone who is emailing and browsing for the most part. Replaced a 9 year old desktop (barely) running Windows Vista. Not sure about this Windows 10, but it does seem that every other release of windows is ok.

When my old computer crashed and a certain company wanted 200 dollars a year to get my stuff back and keep it running, I decided to put that money to a new computer instead. So far, I think this is a really good computer. It does everything that I need it to do. It's fast. Lots of storage. I haven't had any problems but I've only had it for a month and a half. It comes with a wireless mouse that works really well also. The backpack and sleeve is a bonus! All in all, so far, it seems well worth the money and I'm glad I decided on getting this one.
