I love this laptop. It does everything I need it to and it looks fabulous while its getting my work done. Its fast and very user friendly. Great buy for the money.

I bought this product for my mother. She loves it & says it is very easy for her to use. She likes the keyboard & feels it is the right size screen for easy reading of emails & things online.

I love my new laptop. Great price, with all the features needed to communicate and exist in today's world. My sister also has a similar laptop and it has lived up to her expectations as well. I love the color which is a bluish purple, not a necessity but fun. I ordered online and picked up at the store with no problems. I wanted to buy a printer at the same time and had some trouble finding someone to help me, had to wait for about 20 min for help. Got the printer too. Love HP, reliable products.

I had a big bulky laptop that was in its way out and found this, it is so light and the screen is huge. I especially like the sleeve and the bag that came with the bundle.

My old HP laptop was 10 years old and it was time to replace. I saw the package deal on this one and I am very pleased. I use my laptop for work, music, and saving pictures. Stuff normal people do. Computer was easy to set up and the screen is big enough for me to enjoy a DVD without glasses. Speakers were better than my old laptop. It also came with a wireless mouse and backpack that I am both very pleased with.

I have had this laptop for several months now and have had no issues whatsoever. I chose to take home and setup myself and it was a breeze. This was the first time using Windows 10 along with the Microsoft Edge browser and was a very easy transition. Plus the bonus items that came along with was a definite plus! I love the blue color as well! Would definitely recommend this HP product for that is all I have ever owned and have never had any problems with past HP laptops either.

I love my notebook.It is fast and easy to use. I have used it almost everyday for work and fun.

My niece started nursing school and the laptop she had was to old to upgrade. She really needed a computer at her home with updated programs for presentation. To keep from her being disappointed, I did check to see what Best Buy within a reasonable price and giving her the programs she needed. I purchased the laptop and it brought tears of joy to her face when I gave her the box. She says it is a very good computer.
