The computer was a great deal, I got it specifically for school. It's easy to use, and looks great. The only problem I have with it is at times it runs slow and it's froze on me a couple times. Other than that The package is a good deal. I really like the backpack it came with and you get six months of antivirus protection.

Price and reasonable performance is important to me. This laptop met my expectations

I bought this bundle for my mom as a late bday/early xmas gift and she absolutely loves it! She used it for work as well as facebook and typical internet searching. She hasn't complained about it once and has even began using the computer rather than her phone! The price was great and fit within the budget I set for her. It was a win win for us both.

This laptop was a gift for my parents, they love it, I was surprised seeing as it is very large. I'm sure they enjoy watching movies on it, though it was meant to help with work/school. Overall very happy with product!

I really don't use a computer much anymore. Just the basics, searches, banking, shopping this time of year. This one was the right price for my needs. It's faster than my old one, I just have to learn the updates.

My son needed a computer and for me it was big headache because I didn't have the money by that time but when I saw the price of this on Best Buy I immediately I purchased it. I was a good and affordable price. Thanks

The HP Notebook is a great computer. I use my computer daily for hours, visiting different sites, multiple pages open at one time, it handles all this with speed and accuracy. No problems at all with this computer.

This is a replacement laptop for me and is perfect for the large picture files and family history files that I have plenty of memory for my needs so far I've not found one thing I dislike about this computer

Have used the item daily and have had not problems which were related to the machine. I just did not read closely enough it was not a touch screen, minor, however; something others may find very important. I would readily advise people purchase this product. Like it and the functions it has for a basically beginner in computers.

The value of the package deal was good, especially since I it was between this laptop package and getting a different laptop that was a little faster and still having/wanting to buy a bag and mouse. Being used for simple tasks so I didn't need a faster laptop.

This laptop is good for my 12 yr old. She uses it for school work, Skype and a little gaming. She likes it and told me she wants to keep it. She likes the cover sleeve for it and always puts it back in the cover sleeve when she is done with it.

I enjoyed the purchase and use it everyday. I made the purchase due to the items included. I am an HP laptop user for years and having the Geek Squad put the stuff from my old PC to it was great. It feels like I am back to using my old PC.

Bought this laptop about a month ago. I mainly use it for work (email, Google Apps, Microsoft Office, SMART Notebook), social media, and Amazon. Nothing major. I don't play games, stream videos or anything like that. Since day 1, I haven't been overly impressed. In my opinion, it lags a little in loading websites and opening documents. The touchpad and left/right clickers (or whatever they're called) are HORRIBLE. Should've figured that would be the case since the package comes with a wireless mouse. The mouse does work great, but is sometimes inconvenient - it's a laptop, I should be able to use it comfortably anywhere I want to, but that is not possible when I HAVE to use a mouse. I have no major complaints about it, I just wish I would've spent the extra couple hundred dollars to get an Intel Core i5 or i7. However, if you really need a new laptop to perform basic tasks and don't have a ton of money to spend on it, it's a viable option.

This was a spur of the moment purchase for my wife. She is a novice computer user and this looked to be the best fit for her basic computer needs. It was easy for her to get it up and running and she is spending more time on the computer that she was with the old one she was using previously.
