My Last HP Computer

The hard drive went out on this unit, and I made the mistake of calling HP days after the end of my 1 year warranty. HP was absolutely no help and wanted me to pay $300 to fix a one-year old, $350 laptop. I went back to Best Buy this week and bought a Dell INSPIRON 15 I3567 instead.

I was expecting better.

If I have more than 3 pages open at a time then the system lags bad like 2 or 3 mins to stop lagging. And the battery drains fast. Not what I expected from HP!
