So far, so good. Have a three year Geek Squad warranty with the item for some extra assurance. Always been an HP fan, I got this laptop at a great deal ($329). Cost around $520 or so with the tax and warranty. Can't complain at all.

It is a good laptop. I needed it for studiying and run a small business. It it fast. Easy to use. Quality product.

Very happy with my new HP laptop computer. It fits my needs perfectly at this time. It’s a little wider than I thought I wanted but the numeric keypad is important to me. I utilized Best Buy’s comparison feature online to decide on the computer that I wanted. It was very helpful for me.

This basic Core i3 HP laptop was just what the doctor ordered for replacing our grandmothers aging laptop. The biggest selling point being the spacious and fast SSD, which was surprising at the price point! The fastest computer in the world can be hampered by the terrible performance of a traditional hard drive, but this thing is zippy and delightful and gram couldn't be happier! Highly recommended!

Great cheap laptop good for college or messing around on the internet not for online gaming

Excellent for speed and ease of use. This competes with much more expensive laptops.

This purchase is for a third grader that was starting remote. I like the fact that he doesn't have to type in the PIN to access the laptop. He can use his fingerprint. This makes it much easier to login and he doesn't have to remember so many passwords. The screen is larger than the chromebook provided by the previous school. Although I was thankful for the Chromebook, we had to buy a separate monitor so he could see the assignments better.

Fantastic Laptop as always with HP, I currently have 3 HP Laptops and they all perform GREAT and 2 have been bought at BestBuy= 1 recently Nov. 2021 & the other about 7 years ago & another in Dec.2017 purchased elsewhere = My reviews are Real & Honest good or bad! I am very Pleased and the support I have found available on-line from HP has been Easy to locate and understand. BestBuy kind of let me down on this one for the First time ever... BUT.. then after understanding the issue & reviewing the notes about & of this purchase & my history with BestBuy the Store GM in my local area Stepped Up and restored my faith in BestBuy and isn't what really matters is how the issue gets resolved in the end ... Well, if it doesn't take forever and an act of congress to get to the end anyway. I would ABSOLUTLEY RECOMMEND this HP Laptop to others and always get these items at BestBuy when possible if You want that extra security of knowing that You will get a Quality Product & Customer Care as that is what You will get from HP and most times from BestBuy!

Good price, not too powerful but serves my purpose as an office laptop, although the fan is a little loud
