Purchased at a phenomenal sale price was worried about performance for a general home use and very pleased that I have not had any problems with lack of speed using multiple applications, but please note I am not a gamer or streamer on my home laptop… Ordered the same day & picked up, Best Buy made it incredibly easy to replace my older HP model.

Great laptop, I love it. Easy to use and very nice monitor. The computer speed is great and i loved the price especially compared to other laptops. The black Friday special is when it caught my eye and I got it on time with free shipping and handling. I have shopped at Best Buy before and have not been dissapointed with their merchandise.

Got this for my 11-year-old to play Sims4 and write stories.. it works fantastic! The employee at the store said it would not work properly however it works fine for an 11-year-old.. this being her first computer she doesn’t need a gaming computer like the employee suggested.. this one works great, I just had to take it out of “S Mode” (whatever that is(

I plugged this computer and turned it on, and to my surprise it started talking to me! It led me through some initial steps, and then told me to wait while it did some updates. When it finished those it was ready for me to load programs (apps) and files. No problem, all is well!
