enjoying the upgrades and ease of use. great value

I needed inexpensive travel laptop for business. I always do my research trying to get best deal for money spent, and this laptop seems to be meeting all of my requirements. You can't find much anything with such performance for under $500. It looks somewhat cheep, but I can't be picky when specs well outdo the looks. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it to others.

Good laptop for the price. I returned it because I needed a couple of options it did not have. No lighted keyboard. And it would not pick up the 5 GHz wireless signal. But it is a good laptop.

The product performs as I expected. Met my expectations as to the capabilities of this laptop, nothing fancy, just a good all around PC. Used the Match guarantee when the laptop went on sale a week later and the local store was very helpful in my receiving the refund difference within a day,

Obviously the screen size helps. A wide viewing experience. but little disappointed with the slowness of the system, despite being 8 GB RAM. Also was flustered to realize, post-purchase that this laptop cannot handle 5 GhZ wireless.

Bought to share with my 10 year old. Easy to use. Games, paying bills and checking email. I just wish it had blue tooth capability. A little upset that the Best Buy associate said it did and does not. Otherwise, great buy. Also has a DVD player which is nice for trips.

So far so good, battery life seems OK as well. Work use, performance for business software seems good as well.

Good for school work. Slow at times. Priced right.

I really like this HP. Nice larger screen and very light weight. It's just what I needed.

This is my first notebook. So far, it's better than I thought it would be: User friendly and a lot faster than my old PC. The keyboard is hard to get used to, but am sure it will improve in time.

It's a simple computer and inexpensive, it also still has a cd/dvd drive, which was important to me. It's nothing fancy, but it seems to give a lot of bang for the buck.

So far I am pleased with this laptop after about 1 month of usage. My needs are fairly basic: emails, web browsing, Netflix and Skype all of which it handles well.

This is a great mid level laptop, and by mid level I don't mean its slow! the i5 kicks a lot of speed, and I don't notice any slow downs at all! I wouldn't game with this PC, but everything else flies with it. Internet browsing, e-mail, youtube, online games, etc. All work great! High quality machine at an affordable price!
