This HP laptop met all the requirements for my daughter to run her home consulting business. It has the power, memory, and storage that is what she really needs.

This is my 3rd laptop but first HP. The previous two were Toshiba. This unit has a much faster processor and more memory which is great. I find that I like the features of the Toshiba units a bit better. I am still getting used to Windows 10. I liked Windows 7 best but found that I couldn't get updates. So, I opted to upgrade to a new laptop which came with 10. Overall I am satisfied with this new HP.

Nice screen size, fast, lots of memory and touch screen is very good not glitches.

This seemed to be a good replacement my 10 year old laptop. It's light weight, lots of memory, other good attributes for the price range, but there was an irritating little squeaky-pulsating whir once it started up that never left. I gave it a week or two, hoping it would break in or the parts would seat but it didn't. It got returned to Best Buy and exchanged for different model HP.

Laptops/computers are essential to children's education today. This was a great buy for 429.00 on sale i core 5, touch screen, 1TB HD, 8 GB RAM

Like the computer and larger hard drive, has enough memory to not choke up on memory hog programs like office. Biggest drawback is windows 10 too much tracking and a loss of choices for settings, not able to schedule updates or service updates. I don't need Cortana to track me with no way to stop it.

The computer is light weight, quick to access, and easy to customize.

Love my new laptop computer. HP makes the best. Lots and lots of memory. It is super fast and super lightweight. Also a very good price.

My husband and I purchased this laptop for ourselves. Both our children have Apple Computers but we we've never had a laptop and decided that this computer was better for us. Not only does it have a keyboard but it has a touch screen also. That makes it easy to expand the view. My only complaint would be that it has a lot of updates that have to be downloaded. They come almost daily but the speed of the computer makes it quick and easy to update. I'm happy with our purchase and glad we finally made the decision.

My HP NOTEBOOK 15-AY014DX is my first touch screen and it is great when reading long texts or moving details that are too large to fit on the screen; but it is hard to eliminate the field-mouse that I use every day (it is an old habit). Boots up quickly, is fast, and responsive, has a CD/DVD read-write drive onboard, and a very good sound card (wav file music sounds very good). The display is bright, and the video/multimedia has operated smoothly. I am very happy with this laptop.

I've had two different HP computers and found it to be an easy choice when I decided to upgrade to a new system. This specific computer is hands down my favorite. The screen is nice and wide with amazing picture quality. The intel core i5 processor is extremely fast and I'm not sure how I went so long without it. Overall great computer that I would recommend to anyone looking to buy something easy to use but still of great quality.

At first glance i began to think nothing is to special about this computer other then well a touch screen but dual processors of a decent grade and enough ram to run most low intensive games and programs i can say at the very least i was well suprised by what this little package has to offer

The computer works very well for my fiancee. The computer is touch screen, which helps her a lot with her visual challenges dealing with the mouse on the screen. The screen size is perfect for her and it is more user friendly for her. The drawbacks of the computer are few, such as the key board set up. But that is easily fixed by a bluetooth keyboard. Also, one time she was working on a 17 page paper, her friend clicked the x at the top and it didn't prompt her if she wanted to save it. But, after searching the whole computer they were able to find the paper in a random section.

Good laptop at a good price...got it on sale during the Labor Day sale. Glad to see Best Buy had some laptops left with the Intel processor . We were looking for one that had the CD drive as well as a touch screen, so this was everything that we needed.

As a student this computer is good for me it’s 8 gb ram is very fast

This machine was really cheap, but it has proved to be everything we wanted. We use it to watch streaming videos, to write documents, to surf the web, and it just works well. We had heard bad things about Windows 10, but it is stable and very easy to use. We really like this machine.

I not only purchased this laptop for price but also fot the specs. With a i5 processor it is really fast and responsive. Setup is very easy with windows 10. I keep it on battery saver most of the tim e to conserve power, however, it does not slow down the operations of the computer.

This is a fabulous laptop for everyday use. I've used it in front of people and everyone is always amazed that its touch screen haha, its my favorite feature about it. Only complaint about the product is it has VERY SHORT battery life.
