Good workhorse. It is so blacked out that not having back lit keyboard is a big miss. Performance wise, it is good.

We bought this computer as a family device. My 3 year old uses it a lot. Great quality for the price we paid. We are very happy with this product.

this was my second computer I love it I need one for work its perfect I went on line looked at few places and discovered best buy was my best buy few months later again I'm looking for a new phone and best buy win s again hands down.

This computer has been great! My son uses it for his homeschooling and we have had no issues. It does go a bit slow but for him it's perfect.

I was moving from Vista so needless to say anything was a nice change. I now need to find the time to use it for other programs.

We got this computer for my freshman daughter and she loves it. The only thing she would prefer is if she got the smaller size.

I bought this laptop in 2016 and its been one of the best laptops I've ever owned. I haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. I use it for work and home.

So far so good! This laptop is great for students my grandson is enjoying this laptop. It is good for gaming and studying.

I buy this laptop for office porpouse and works great, dont need something bigger.

I made the mistake not waiting and doing more research on the other laptop available...but this HP product is okay for entry level users. I don't like the windows 10 product, I may switch to Apple Mac product...much better operating system but you do pay the price...overall I will recommend only as an entry level lap top.

Great value for money -- Best Buy personel extremely helpful and laptop very good price as well as just what we needed.

My daughter uses it for her Middle school homework and she loves it. I would recommend this product to any student.

I haven't had any major issues, other than trouble loading the microsoft office that I purchased at the same time.
