Love the touch screen. Needs a longer battery and less updates.

so far, i have had a few minor issues with this laptop-mostly due to my being technologically challenged. i purchase the geek squad support & they have been very, very helpful in resolving my issues quickly. even using the chat forum was easy! i'm still learning this laptop but have found it a good replacement for my old HP laptop.

I was shopping around for a laptop for awhile. Actually waiting for a good laptop with a great price. When this HP i5 finally went on sale I bought it. I'm enjoying my laptop, haven't encountered any problems with it so far. I would recommend this laptop.

I don't see how you can get more for the money. Plenty of storage, plenty of RAM and an I5 processor. Happy happy

I love the touch screen and it is very easy to use

I use my computer for updating my business website and FB page. Doing a ton of email, and using spreadsheets for my business. I have always use Toshiba in the past. My old laptop I replaced was windows 7 and this is Windows 10 so there is a learning curve there. This is a touch screen which I didn't need but part of it. Biggest negatives for me is the actual keys, they have a flat not concave face so I prefer the old keyboard, there is no backlighting of this keyboard and I didn't realize that until after I purchased and started using, that is a negative. I feel like picture quality of the screen is excellent when I upload my photos. It was easy to set up and so far no big problems. For the price it is a good computer that works for my needs.

The only problem I have had with this computer so far is that it locks up when I try to connect to my home's wifi. The only thing that I have been able to deduce is that we have a really speed since I can connect to other wifi spots without an issue.

This is an awesome touchscreen laptop. I love my 10 key pad at my fingertip - it's super fast and a great buy.

I use it for school, business, and personal use. It's really awesome and hold up pretty good. My battery dies a little faster than it should. If I let it completely charge and take it off the charger, I have to put it right back on within an hour which sucks.
