Great laptop for the money. Not used to Windows 10 S mode, but with a little adjustment, it will be fine. Good display, fast processing compared to my old laptop. Can't really complain about this laptop at all right now.

I love this computer. It is easy to use and very efficient. It’s lightweight and very portable, too. The only problem I had was with setting it up because I didn’t get the email to set up word. Otherwise love it.

Nice slim laptop for my 9 year old. Pretty faster and display is excellent so far. Missing rj45 port. But I can manage that always in WiFi. Battery is charging quick. Keeping it one star less as we just started using it.

it’s a pretty nice laptop. very durable. however as a college student, i found it to be a little too big and too heavy for walking around on campus. i decided to return it and got the samsung galaxy book flex 2!

Bought this to replace our outdated laptops in the office. We love the finish on this laptop. Build quality is good as usual since it's HP. I think this is an excellent purchase especially if you're in a budget.

Good computer for my elementary school age son. He can still browse the web, watch Youtube, and research for school. Not strong enough for really demanding games, but then again, this is for a beginner, so it is good.

This laptop has actually gone trouble free up to this point. I’ve enjoyed all that it has to offer. Hopefully it continue to run as smooth and efficiently as it has so far.

Hi, Overall, I've been very happy with this computer. The solid-state drive makes transitioning from one application to another much quicker than my old school hard drive.

Very pleased with this new HP laptop computer. Replaced an 11 year old slow HP laptop. This computer has a SSD drive which has fast boot startups and shut down vs older HHD drive computers.

I bought this laptop and honestly i felt you get what you pay for . However there was a misunderstanding on the one i bought so therefore i returned it at the store and it was hassle free.

The keys on the keyboard require effort to press at times. The touch pad is too sensitive. If you graze over it, it will possibly ruin a scholarly paper.

I received this as a gift and was a little iffy about getting a laptop, I had a bad experience with one. But this one I really like, it’s really fast, has great memory. I use it for crafting

This laptop is great for my college work and the many zoom classes /meetings. I love the many different programs I can work on at the same time.
