Bought this laptop for a friend. It was so easy to install that I wanted to keep it to myself. Love the large screen and keyboard. The price was excellent for the product i got.

My laptop, I love the fact that the keyboard has big letters and numbers. I have trouble seeing the smaller laptops. Perfect size for people over 50. :)

I HAVE ALWAYS HAD GOOD LUCK WITH HP LAPTOPS. THIS ONE REALLY SURPISED ME. ITS QUICK, ITS LIGHT, AND THE ADDED SECURITY OF THE FINGER SCANNER HAS ALWAYS BEEN A MUST.

We were given a used laptop which had scratches and was very hot after a few minutes of charging it. I was very disappointed that I was paying for a new product and was given a used one. I had to go back to the store the following day to change it for a brand new one. There was no apology for the error. They just exchanged it. Extremely disappointing.

We had to return this computer as the software was not compatible with our needs.

So far this laptop does everything my son needs it to do. We did have to return it for touch pad issues but the replacement came quickly and the process was painless.

Great buy on this laptop and ready to use for my trip outside the US. This will keep me in touch with my folks in the US and assist with my online classes.

Great computer and considering buying another one for other kid. Only issue so far is figuring out the parental control and why they can’t open google chrome.

This laptop does everything I need it to do and has exactly what I need for features. My only complaint is the battery life is not what they claim it to be.

Overall this is a very good, lightweight laptop. RAM speed was higher than specified in the description. NVMe drive was not the fastest but still very good.

Excellent machine for productivity and light gaming. I’ve been playing the Witcher 3 on medium to high settings whenever I’m not doing my personal work.

Got this for my brother and it is a nice PC. BestBuy had a great sale for back-to-school. It has some great specs for the money, and it looks good too.

Product works well, is faster than we had and the geek Squad Tech was great in setting up the laptop, transferring data and hooking up to printer.
