battery sucks

It's supposed to last up to 7 hours but that is not even close to how long it is lasting.

loud and loose screw

Do NOT buy open box

I would NOT recommend buying anything electronic open boxed. They claim it passed Geek Squad inspection but there's no way they checked this.

This one seems to be a T-U-R-D. Super, super slow; often crashes, won't properly install updates. Maybe I got a lemon or maybe HP's quality is falling short these days.

Delaminated keyboard

Wifi driver software issue
