Either there was an internal issue with the computer or not. I had an issue right out the box where it didn’t charge. I brought it back for a different computer.

When opening it, 1/2 the time does not connect to WiFi… says not connected to internet. Have to restart the laptop to fix it.

Hating it. No disc drive. Won’t accept programs/apps….wish I could return it. Battery lasts long time.

If I could give this laptop 0 stars I absolutely would. I used it 3 times and it was broken. Turning off and on. Freezing. Absolute piece of trash. And the return period was only about 2 or 3 weeks.

Brand new machine that constantly crashes....6-10 times/day. HP has spent many hours online trying to repair....and now machine needs to be sent back to HP for repair. Completely unacceptable and the lack of sense of urgency to replace machine is disappointing.

I guess you have to be under 30 to get this up and running because you do not get ANY written instructions or diagrams.

I have exchanged two times and totally unsatisfied with this product. Finally returned it and bought a MAC instead. Overheating issue, windows don't load properly. Reboots every now n then.

I’m planning on returning the lap top computer I recently purchased. Though I had a meeting with a member of the geek squad before I left the store, it was not sufficient for me to even open the HP I just bought!

I have a tax exempt and they did not get me but only one laptop i work in resale You have to solve this since most of the customers ate getting more than 10 pieces as i have been told from your employee. I guess some of your employees are getting some benefits due to this discrimination between customers

I do not recommend this laptop. It is very flimsy. When I typed, the keyboard felt like it was going to break. The keys looked like they were going to pop off. The sound did not work either. I tried to login to a zoom and there was no sound. Tech support worked on the laptop and could not fix it. I returned it!

I have had this computer for a little over a month and for the past two weeks it has been locked on a “ something went wrong screen”. Best Buy would not take back the laptop or exchange it. I am now left with a useless laptop. DO NOT BUY THIS !!! DO NOT BUY FROM BEST BUY!!!

I like it over all just wish the battery lasted longer

I had this laptop for less than a month and just a lil small bump to it literally put a white line in the center of my laptop and a color change at the bottom. I turned it over to geek squad because they claim it’s fixable but we shall see.

One of the best 'casual use' laptops I've ever owned. It's very fast and if you want a laptop to browse the web, watch YouTube and or do minor editing projects, this one is for you. If you are a serious photographer, this one isn't for you. Although it's Full HD, the color gamut is only 45% ntsc, ergo it's terrible if color accuracy is important to you. Aside from that, it's outstanding for the price.

Flimsy case. Awkwardly center touch pad. Bought it to do freelance work. Very disappointing performance.

Unfortunately I got a lemon. I will be returning it.

Great device is working very well. I really like the computer.

Bought in 2021 still works amazing. It freezes sometimes but restarting it fixes that. Great for movies, studying and music. The audio reaches a good volume. The pixels are good. Can get hot if used for long hours. Overall amazing laptop hope it lasts me more years.

Bought this for a steal at $399 on a pre Black Friday deal. Upgraded to 32Gig RAM & 1TB SSD and this is soooo fast now. Was fast before the upgrade but this increases the performance. Go's from press power button to Windows 11 ready in 10 seconds. Only minor con is it comes pre loaded with Windows 10 S but easily upgradeable to Windows 10 Home and/or Windows 11 Home through windows store (Free upgrade)
