It's Been a great computer. Haven't had any issues.

Works great. Easy setup and way faster than my old laptop.

I have only one complaint the letters on the keyboard should not be the same color as the keyboard. It makes it hard to see in certain areas and lighting.

For the price that is is and using it to its maximums the only thing That you should consider getting would be an external ssd since its a low amount of storage and also upgrading the ram if you like pushing your systems also If you did want the score of it here you go (https://www.3dmark.com/spy/24241421) scored better than I thought and a pretty decent pick if you go for lower games

Great value for my updated laptop. Another HP. Performs as I hoped. Easy setup, even for an old guy.

Great product, every thing I expected in a computer.

I found using the keyboard wsy too complicated. Don't need a confusing keyboard so don't need this product. I am returning it.

BUYER BEWARE. I bought this computer on 8/22/2020, it is 2 months after the 1 year warranty and I was just told it is a motherboard issue and that there is nothing that can be done to fix it. Furthermore, if you want help from HP after your warranty expires, you have to buy an “after warranty service” subscription to even talk to someone on the phone. I will never buy any product from HP again.
