Works well for the price. Bought for college daughter when her other Pricier HP laptop kept giving her the blue screen of death after only three months.

Needed an additional Windows laptop for an online certificate program. Works well enough. An inexpensive choice for a specific use machine. I would recommend.

This device is quite capable for everyday tasks, i.e. web browsing, paying bills online, email, etc. but could use a keyboard quality upgrade as the keys feel a little flimsy and are a bit too far apart for my liking. Overall, a great value if you can find it on sale as I did for under $400. It came with Windows 10 S but was a quick and easy upgrade to Win 11 right out of the box. Still haven't pushed it to the limit yet but seems to be fine for my needs.

Speedy, simple. Good specs for the price. Three things I wish were different: 1. I’ve tried using this laptop for full days of video calls and barely getting 2 hours before it needs to be plugged in. I bought this laptop to replace a 2013 Vaio that doesn’t run more than an hour on battery, so this is not exactly an upgrade there. I might return for this reason. 2. The screen dimming feature isn’t working… assuming there’s a missing driver. No fix yet. 3. It comes with a brief Office trial, but you have to pay for a license for Microsoft 365 within a few days.

This laptop has been working very well for me so far. More power than the last HP I had and cost less than what I paid for the last one on Amazon.

Its a good laptop for my needs, school stuff, so to me it has good memory, its light it has good battery life, love the 10 key on the keyboard.

Bought how to replace a fairly similar device. Works well and not to heavy. Size is perfect for finding a cover. Not the biggest HP fan but its OK.
