Took it back
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am not rating the performance of the laptop. I took the laptop back to Best Buy because the laptop I received was not as advertized. The description says it is "Natural Silver" when in reality is is black plastic. It also states it was equipped with a backlit keyboard and that was not the case. I ordered it online and took it back to my local store. They were very good about taking it back and resolving the issue. That is why I am a Best Buy Elite plus member.
