    Bought it to do word processing and homework for a friend. Great little machine. It's pretty fast. Screen lools good too.

    Laptop performs well but the concluded SSD died after 10 months! Geek Squad employee said it was actually physically warped. Warrant covers it (thankfullly), but we lost a ton of data. If you buy the laptop, plan to replaced the hard drive, but a good deal otherwise.

    Love this laptop. Just started using it. A learning curve from my old one. Do not like having AI on it, want to figure out how to disable it. Also wouldn’t let me set it up without selecting microsoft365. I already have it on two other devices. It is not recognizing one of them.

    Bought this laptop to replace my old HP Notebook that has Windows 10 and can't be updated to Windows 11. I insist on having a numeric keyboard which this one does, not so many do anymore. The touchscreen is extra that I probably won't use, I'm more old school and prefer the keyboard and a mouse. lol I really do like this laptop.

    It runs smoothly, but the tracer pad constantly gets stuck and doesn’t work very well. Only had it a few months and it seems to just get worse. Overall I just use a wireless mouse, but it works great. Great for a college student or light use. Charges well and holds a charge too for a decent amount of time!
