This laptop was functional, though the motherboard was fried. Unfortunately, the laptop lagged a bit. Overall, the laptop was fine.

L bought this computer for my husband. . He needed a computer. I bought it on line. Which sometimes is hard. But it was easy . When we picked it up the person was nice and helpful.

It's really good for a budget laptop, I use it every day and don't have any problems with it, although obviously don't try to play big games on it and the battery life is not the best but overall a really good product

I needed a new laptop and this one had everything I needed. I was disappointed it did not have a built-in CD ROM, but I learned that was only available on desktop computers.

This is my 2nd HP laptop. My previous one that I had for 8 years and took traveling with me had an issue with the battery overheating so I got this one. My ONLY issue with it is the speakers are on the bottom, so even at 85% volume, I can hardly hear it. Other than that, I love it!

Great laptop for basic usage. Nice touch screen…..

Everything about this device is great...except the Wifi connection. Doesn't matter if the drivers are fully updated, doesn't matter if the hardware has been triple checked, it's the only device in our household that regularly drops its wifi connection and refuses to reconnect for minimum 3 minutes. Older devices and ones we've purchased since then have no interruptions. Still can't figure it out. When it's connected, it works great. Its offline functions also work perfectly.
