Works great for when you're an admin on the go. Display does darken in direct sunlight quite a bit tho. Other than that, great purchase.

this machine offers a lot of value for the money. for my puposes it is great. i am not a gamer so i dont needsuper high performance this hp just works

The computer was basic and it was affordable. I bought this for my little brother but he said it would take a while to load. He would complain a lot so I decided to return the computer.

Light weight, speedy, program running smoothly fast, and cost friendly. 8 Gb memory become minimum requirement for latest Windows operation system per my opinion.

I like this laptop, everything else seems fine but there is one major issue and that is why I gave 3 stars instead of 4 or 5: it loses internet connexion constantly, quite often. I purchased 2 HP laptops around the same time last year in December, one from Best buy and another one from another retailer and both HP laptops have the same problem. I have never had that problem before with any other brand. My 2021 Fell laptop is performing better internet-wise.

Best Buy has the best products. I have ne er had a problem with the things i buy there. This computer is a great product. I highly recommend this computer to anyone.

everything was good about it, i actually like it, but with no backlit keyboard,was the first o no. then the display quality is just ok too. i needed to see my pictures in a better quality but apart from that its pretty decent.

Excellent laptop it is very convenient to use when traveling I would recommend it to friends and family
