Not a fan of the new Microsoft software. The first task I had to do in this computer involved uploading some documents and it said it wouldn’t support have. It’s was difficult to navigate and the display was very pixely. Needles to say I returned it and purchased the MacBook Air instead.

Purchased this laptop and images were perfect however the issue was with the wording. No matter which setting (IT even tried to fix it) the letters were faint and somewhat translucent.

Diwnloaded a update for driver now the machine doesn’t boot up anymore it’s only six weeks old I would not recommend this

Pretty good for the sale price. The screen isn’t very bright, the touch screen glitches a lot. Wouldn’t really buy it again

Wish the salesman had explained the features of this model more thoroughly. Really wanted some features that are not on this laptop.

I have gave it this rating because the USB drive came broken, but the laptop itself is cute and manageable.

WiFi kepted crapping out on me. Also screen quality sucks. Don’t buy this. Get an Asus Zenbook for a little more money. Way better laptop and has OLED screen.

THIS RATING IS FOR BEST BUY. POOR customer service. Best Buy somehow delivered it to another address and misspelled my last name! They thought that I lived on Benny Way which in fact is NOT true. I filled out the form! Not sure how they did that. In addition to that they wanted me to wait at least a week before they would send anther computer to me! UNACCEPTABLE! They sent it to the wrong address....OVERNIGHT another computer to me. I needed it for a conference call that I was going to have on Saturday. i CANCELED OUT.

Nice laptop for a beginner. Keys on the keyboard huge and it feels like a toy!

My package was stolen and Best Buy did absolutely nothing to figure out whether the delivery driver did it. I was told I would get a replacement and I never got one. Absolutely ridiculous store and the best place to waste your money

The computer screen is not what I thought it would be. It is very old school looking and sensitive for the eyes

Bad quality honestly my mouse pad came still the computer itself is dull and slow if you are 60 I guess I would recommend because it can not keep up with todays laptops

The track pad kept sticking and it wouldn’t connect to my WiFi.

Hasn’t worked right since I got it. Keeps disconnecting from networks every 5 to 10 minutes. Junk

i thought it was something else but it else would recommend to a non gamer tho

I though this was a legit laptop, unfortunately, it is a notebook that uses apps. Not what I expected.

Horrible network connectivity issues. Wifi kept dropping due to DHCP server not responding and not reaching default gateway. I tried all sort of fixes and so did HP. I finally just returned it to the store. Garbage!

Does not stay connected to the internet. Glitches out frequently. Very slow loading. Waste of money and time

Never got it the dell i waited for 20 to 29 days to know dont have it in stock

Mouse pad is too touchy and I can't figure out how to turn off the pad
