Love the touch screen and is perfect for my artsy daughter.super easy to use and very fast for all of her needs!

I have hand/ nerve issues, so the touch screen is nice as I can take a break from using a mouse and the screen seems to resist any smudjing from touching it. The screen is not viewable from every angle as, much as a expensive machine, but you just tilt it towards you, no problem. The picture quality is very good. Overall good laptop for the money, which was my main objective, low price, It is great value for the price.

I had a major nursing exam and my computer died. I showed up at best buy as soon as they opened and the gentleman that helped me was fabulous. I was in and out within 35 minutes with a new computer and everything set up. The computer has been fabulous. Battery last long and itbis lighter which helps when i have to carry all my books.

What an awesome deal on this great computer! The screen is large enough to see details, the touch feature makes it easy to move things around and the key board allows me the feel of actually feeling the keys, which makes it more comfortable for some that came from a free standing keyboard. It is lightweight and fits nicely into my bag for travel.

Love my new laptop, especially it lightweight and has touch screen features. Additionally, the battery life last long.

This newer model takes a bit to get use to as it’s got the numbers on the right side, which I like, but I’m still use to my last laptop and my fingers keep clicking on the numbers lock button. lol I really like the larger screen and all it has to offer. The color is brilliant, it’s fast and easy to use.

It was a much, much needed Christmas gift for the Wife, who has been frustratingly stringing along her old one, so we thought we would help her out! Now She is Very Happy and Pleased and wonders why she didn't get a new one sooner. So Yes, she Loves her new HP, Loves the touchscreen, Great Speed, excellent big screen display and so much more!

I purchased this laptop November 2025 for my son who attends a junior college. He loves it, he is able to complete all his assignments with no issues. It keeps charge very well and runs great.

I got this laptop for my niece to help her in high school. I ran some tests on it and it’s pretty good. The touchscreen is very responsive the sound system is pretty good. This is a fast laptop. Yeah I highly recommend it for a budget friendly laptop.

Purchased this because of the reviews and the fact that it was on sale. It was easy to set up and easy to operate, I do not do gaming or watch videos on it. but it is very quick for what I use it for. I would definitely recommend it.

It was a very good solution to my needs. Had a high end asus that i purchased 8 years ago for business, which died a slow death. Love Asus but since I am now retired i didnt need all the power i had. So looking around the hp seermed to fit the bill. It has exceeded my expectations. Speed decent, display good, ease of use very good. Only thing i miss is a backlit keyboard
