    Got this laptop in Jan. 2025. It is Nov. 2025 and although still running fast, it now makes a constant noise. It sounds like a fan. When I pick it up, it stops but when I put it down on a flat surface, the noise is amplified.

    This is a replacement laptop for my nephew. This laptop is sufficient for scholastic requirements and he uses it for YouTube and gaming. As a middle schooler he doesn’t require a tech heavy laptop or a super fast processor, so this was a no brainer. Although it’s on the low end for graphics and camera specs it does the job for a young gamer.

    Lap top overall was easy to set up; however MS Office purchased did not have proper key to installed and it took me many calls and 2 trips to the store to get the key to download.
