I needed a new laptop and this one had everything I needed. I was disappointed it did not have a built-in CD ROM, but I learned that was only available on desktop computers.

Perfect for an artistic granddaughter to take to college and great price.

Excellent value for the money. More than met my expectations and needs

This is my 2nd HP laptop. My previous one that I had for 8 years and took traveling with me had an issue with the battery overheating so I got this one. My ONLY issue with it is the speakers are on the bottom, so even at 85% volume, I can hardly hear it. Other than that, I love it!

Wonderful laptop! I was in need of a new laptop and I couldn't be happier with this HP laptop and the service I received at Best Buy. The Geek Squad help me get it up and running and transferred my documents. So helpful!!!

Everything about this device is great...except the Wifi connection. Doesn't matter if the drivers are fully updated, doesn't matter if the hardware has been triple checked, it's the only device in our household that regularly drops its wifi connection and refuses to reconnect for minimum 3 minutes. Older devices and ones we've purchased since then have no interruptions. Still can't figure it out. When it's connected, it works great. Its offline functions also work perfectly.

Great value for the price! The only downside is that the screen is not even a standard HD screen, but other than that everything is perfect.
