Currently i can say me purchasing this laptop as been the best choice. I would recommend to othets. The only thing i can is that I wish it had more gb to allow more storage.

bought this a year ago for college and has been working out great for me, ive had no real issues with it and it sometimes runs even better than my desktop

It works great for my schooling, which is what I got it for. The only setback is it cannot be connected to the internet via ethernet. This is a wifi only laptop. Other than that, its great!

Customer service was awesome at time of purchase. Store associate was very patient and andwered all my questions. I did not feel pressured to buy and will be coming back for future purchaes. The laptop is great and is exactly what I needed for school, and having a full keyboard is everything.

The young associate who assisted me was just fantastic. I told him what I was looking for in a a laptop, he showed me the products, I picked a fitted case, we were off to the register for payment. This took less than 15 minutes.

I am so happy with this purchase… I’m so glad I went to Best Buy, their sales ppl are the best. I had a very kind person who took all the time in the world to give me solid advice plus answered a qazillion questions

I've been using the HP 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop with the AMD Ryzen 5 processor, and overall, it's a solid mid-range laptop that delivers great value for the price.

Computer was purchased at reasonable price. Purchasing seasonally is a good to get the Best Buy.

Great laptop for very low-level gaming and schoolwork. Consider other processors if you want, be aware you cant upgrade the RAM.
