So far we love our new laptop . It was easy to set up for someone not very tech savvy. It replaces a Dell that I hated from day one. The response time on this laptop is wonderful. Thank you HP!!

This is not a review of the laptop. I received this laptop in fair condition, it wasnt even cleaned before they sent it to me, Open box states "Works and looks like new. Restored to factory settings. Includes all original parts, packaging and accessories (or suitable replacement)." It works, its not like new cause of the fingerprints all ove the screen and the scratches, didn't come in original packaging, not sure of the accessories it just came with a charger.

Speedy laptop with a decent size screen. Touch capabilities are up to par. Slight bit of a delay compared to a smartphone, but it is hardly noticed. There are some upgradeable features, as I was planning to increase storage & ram. However, my experience was short lived; within the same week of purchase, an even better Asus brand laptop went on a much bigger sale. I made an exchange and even received money back. Upgrade components were equally compatible as well, so no loss there. I do highly recommend this laptop. A strong week of memories. Side note: purchase a cooling pad or larger rubber feet alongside this laptop. It doesn't get hot, but the rubber feet on the bottom do not provide enough lift for airflow. This causes the fan to come on and off frequently, and it can be loud.

I made this purchase due to MS statement of MS10 not upgrading to MS11. I really wanted to stay with my original laptop; however, i am happy that i made the purchase. Even though both laptops are the same screen size...this one is much easier for me to carry from one destination to another. It is lightweight and the colors are vivid. Love this equipment!

Really happy with this laptop. So much faster and better than the Chromebook I tried out! The touchscreen is a great bonus for my kids to do lexia and iready for school. Works perfect for my for my content writing with google docs. Doesn’t slow with many tabs open for research and reference, etc. very impressive for the sale price I got it at.

Purchased for daughter to use for college courses this fall. The screen has great clear picture, touchscreen capability, fast processor, great memory capacity. Purchased during sale days, couldn’t be happier.

Works fine. This is my 10th laptop or so (I'm 45 years old). Everything works fine. My only issue is that I keep getting alerts that I need more memory. Not sure if it's RAM or SSD that needs upgrading. Worst battery life of any laptop I've ever used, even when it was brand new. This laptop lasts about 20 minutes unplugged.

For the price it's just what I needed. Nice bright screen, good resolution; keyboard feels good. It is easy to set up and is fast enough for my needs. This is not my mainstream computer. I's buy it again.

If you could have written it anymore as a comedy, you probably could’ve made enough to retire. I opened a bottle of Prosecco that had gone bad, and it literally sprayed halfway across the room onto my original computer, laptop, tablet, phone, and everything else in a 10 foot radius but this little baby is the perfect replacement slightly larger than I would like but overall performs like a perfect diamond for what I need. Highly recommend.

I am very impressed with my New HP computer. Light weight and easy to set up. Affordable and overall it really exceeded my expectations.

Happy customer thus far. Runs faster than my former HP which was about 4-5 yrs old or so. I am enjoying it so far. Primarily I use it for email and watching movies on Youtube. No complaints thus far.Battery life seems quite good as well as picture, but like cell phone the tech is better usually on newer items
