    Very nice computer. Slim and light. Has decent memory and storage. Windows 11 itself is a bit confusing and i don't find access easy for things I want to find. i thought Windows 10 a lot easier!

    Coming from an apple user, it took a while to get used to. Definitely worth the money if you’re looking for a basic computer to surf the web, watch movies/tv, school work, etc.

    Bought this to replace a Levano laptop. worked fine for the first 4 or 5 weeks now it's one issue after another. I am fast learning to not ever buy another HP product. Don't know what happened but all the sudden I can only get internet from my phone hot spot. Cant connect to router at all. Try going through HP support assistant tells me to download file I download it and it says something went wrong. so cant use the support tried watching a hp video from support nope cant even find what they say to do in step by step instructions. Dont think I will ever buy another HP product bought a hp printer a couple of years ago and cant get it to connect to laptop.
