    My first order was cancelled without notice or explanation. I came back and found a better deal. This laptop is perfect for bills and web searches/ shopping. The touchscreen is a nice feature and so far the better life is good. Overall a nice laptop for personal use at a great price!

    Bought this for my mom for Christmas. She was here visiting from Mexico. Easy to set up, add language and download apps and connect to the network. It was not fast so definitely take your time and read carefully to what you select.

    Great laptop for work, I had some issues with the keyboard but a hard reset seemed to fix it. The battery does seem to drain pretty fast.

    This laptop works for what I need it for (about 4 hrs of remote work per day, 4 days/week). However, there seems to be an issue with the internal battery. I can have it fully charged to 100% and by the time I am finished working (approx 4 hrs), it is almost dead. It also seems to drain even when it is shut down. I have turned it completely off when it is charged to 100% but when I turn it back on the next day it will be down to about 94%, even though it has been off and not in use. This is the only thing that makes me unhappy with the purchase.

    I absolutely love it. I'm able to do all things I wanted between gaming and streaming. The volume isn't as loud as I'd expect at 100% but it's doable

    The free 6 months of Norton anti virus cannot be downloaded. I kept getting the message “This product can’t be installed on your operating system . The operating system is no longer supported “. Why even offer this as a free bonus on this laptop if it doesn’t even work on this laptop??? The extras were one of the reasons why I purchased this laptop. Laptop does what it is supposed to do (would have been a much higher rating if if wasn’t for the issues with the supposedly free stuff)
