Great machine! I used it for work and school purposes and it is a absolute pleasure!

My first order was cancelled without notice or explanation. I came back and found a better deal. This laptop is perfect for bills and web searches/ shopping. The touchscreen is a nice feature and so far the better life is good. Overall a nice laptop for personal use at a great price!

The actual computer is great works great but the charger has had to be replaced twice now it just stops charging.

Bought this for my mom for Christmas. She was here visiting from Mexico. Easy to set up, add language and download apps and connect to the network. It was not fast so definitely take your time and read carefully to what you select.

Great laptop for work, I had some issues with the keyboard but a hard reset seemed to fix it. The battery does seem to drain pretty fast.

This laptop works for what I need it for (about 4 hrs of remote work per day, 4 days/week). However, there seems to be an issue with the internal battery. I can have it fully charged to 100% and by the time I am finished working (approx 4 hrs), it is almost dead. It also seems to drain even when it is shut down. I have turned it completely off when it is charged to 100% but when I turn it back on the next day it will be down to about 94%, even though it has been off and not in use. This is the only thing that makes me unhappy with the purchase.

Overall a good computer if you need something to work with. Only downside i would say is that it’s kind of slow when you’re doing heavy work.

Love this laptop, especially for $300 and it works absolutely flawless, and i can play gamepass with call of duty with no lag

This HP laptop was a great price compared to the other outlets and the delivery was free and fast. No worries about damage. It wasn’t bad setting up. Nice product.

I absolutely love it. I'm able to do all things I wanted between gaming and streaming. The volume isn't as loud as I'd expect at 100% but it's doable
