Awful computer. I regret buying this, it does not last long in battery life. The touch screen is okay. The clicker doesn't work if you are sitting down. You can't hear it because they put the speaker underneath! Can not load anything and I am sitting in class always ALWAYS behind. Its too late to get a refund and I am so sad. I hate this computer. I have had way better chrome books...

I need a simple laptop now I retired, but need to use 365 a lot. This checked the right boxes, I hope the next Zoom has a wrinkle remover.

Very good, it meets all the objectives pursued in a leptop. I hope to soon acquire another one for my use, since this was for the child in Brazil.

Exactly what I was looking for in a laptop. Just use for paying bills and searching things on the internet. The lighted keyboard is the best!

Haven't had it 12 hours and already regret buying it. Keyboard is clunky. Horrible color & font for keys. Can hardly read them. Thin lettering/numbering and in faint white over light grey keys, makes it hard to see/read. Runs hot. Left-hand underside just stays super hot to the touch. Horrible sound. Or should i say low sound. I turned volume all the way up and the volume up on YT videos w/ the slider, and it doesn't get very loud. My previous lower budget laptops, and any cheap chromebook i've owned, all have had better sound. How or why this was listed as retail at $450+ is a disgrace. Even on sale at $260ish it's overpriced for how generic it is in quality.

For basic use, this is been perfect for me. I don’t store pictures or anything on my computer, strictly used for browsing the web and maintaining my spreadsheets. It is a bit slow with the processing than I am used to. But using it once a week, I can deal with it for the price tag.

Best deal I got from BB and customer services is numerous uno. Coming to the product, my child loved the laptop and performance is as per the description and it is excellent product

My son needed a laptop, but he's not as responsible as i would like him to be with electronics yet. Ofcourse I added the protection plan just in case. If he makes it through the year i will upgrade him to something else.

this is a cheaper HP then i bought 1-2021, alot cheaper i learn that old Hp was a lemon, it will took me 5-10min to log on this cheaper model 5-15 seconds

My wife loves it , she uses a lot in the evening when she’s home for Zoom scrolling in Facebook another important information that she doesn’t want to use her work computer for.

so far so good, meets expectations. I got it for my young brother and he loves it and gets the work done.

It seems to be a very good product. Have only been using it for 3 days and a few hours. Product seems great but customer service is terrible. 4 hours on the phone last two days trying to get help. Issues resolved right now but hope I do not have any more
