Worked for the first 5 months and now the screen is blank. Can not get screen to work.

The screen was to dim, the words were hard to read

This laptop isn't worth it. Don't buy it. I don't buy anything from Best Buy anymore. Customer service is the worst. I tried to return this item within the return period and the manager at the San Marcos location refused to take this item back. All the personnel at this location have no manners. Worst experience I ever had. Will never buy from best buy. Period. I have bought my macbook pro, ipad, and many other items. Not anymore. I buy directly from Apple. Apple has the best customer service and honor the return policy. Don't buy from BestBuy just go to Apple.

I’m disappointed that the thing broke somehow and I had to reset it and I didn’t know what to do but they fixed the broken laptop by the next day ready for me to pick up

It is missing features that I wanted. Especially a slot for a SD card. I also wanted a light up keyboard. I should have gone in the store instead of order online.

Would freeze a lot. Wouldn’t let me log in. Customer service at Best Buy on military dr in San antonio tx were horrible and very rude. Including the manager.

I purchased this laptop on Nov 15th for $329.99. On Dec 2 it was advertised for $279.00 on Best Buy Website. Great I get a $50 price match credit, not so fast, i used a $25 reward certificate even though I earned the certificate by using by best buy credit card they took my $25 and threw it out they only gave me $25 credit not $50 that is the true price match.

That's not the original purchase, I ordered a different PC , supports on stock, delivery next day,they charged me for it and 4 days later they cancelled my order.They sell products that they don't have in stock and keep your money for a few days and then cancel the order, please be more professional.

It’s looks nice and sleek but it is not a good gaming laptop. I have trouble with uploading photos and videos. I have to consistently buy attachments and/or software just for videos to run. Streaming games is impossible.

My security was not installed on my new computer and old computer. I am afraid to use either one haven’t used them since purchase.

Only used it twice and it wont turn on. Loaded all my photos and now it is a brick.

Did not have proper windows drive. Couldn’t even connect to WiFi. Very disappointed and returned to the store

Would not purchase that computer. The paint on the keyboard came off after one month of use.

I like the size and weight on my new HP seems to be pretty fast too. I shopped around before I found this one and could not beat it anywhere in town. Thanks Guy's

Just what I needed. Small enough fast enough and perfect for a small home business.

This hp touchscreen laptop is superior to any computer I've ever used. The screen is a perfect size, not too small and not too large. It has plenty enough memory to accommodate general household use or even for a small business. The price was very reasonable compared to other brands and models. I highly recommend this brand of laptop. It's worth the investment as it will last a long time.

This is my 1st laptop I've ever owned and I love it !! I went on YouTube and found videos on how to tweak setting and other tips. I made the pointer bigger which helps a lot. This is for personal use only, and im NOT computer savvy. But i love this laptop. Get a case for this (they are very inexpensive) to protect it, and you wont be sorry.

I bought this laptop only because my Lenovo finally died. I was in a hurry, and this one was on sale and immediately available. So far Im not very happy with it. I had issues with it straight out of the box. It was malfunctioning before I even finished setting it up, so I quickly returned it. I figured that particular laptop was just a 'lemon' (things happen) and picked up another of the same model, and it works fine.... so far. The screen is nice, but thats about it. It has an overall 'cheap' feel to it, and I can already tell I'll need to replace it within a yr or so. It's slow starting, and and Ive noticed a few 'glitches' in it's performance, and its only a month old. I also foresee other issues with it's construction developing in the future, like the screen hinge, and power cord port (issues Ive had with HP laptops in the past). Over all, its a decent laptop for the $345.00 price tag (marked down from $599.00), but I wouldn't recommend it. You'd be better off to shop around for a more 'quality' laptop,
