Great computer! Only thing I don't like about it is that the fan is going off pretty much all the time. I'm a college student and it runs all of the programs well like excel and PowerPoint, but give it five minutes after doing some work for the fan to go off. Otherwise everything else about this laptop works well. I got this computer on cyber Monday so it was half off. I don't know if I would spend $500 on it but for the price I paid (around $270) it's good.

Its just a great laptop. I have a background in computer science and for the money you can't beat the performance. I do recommend this product if you won't require a high level bideo processor.

I like this laptop. It is easy to move from place to place. I'm used to a 17" screen, however 15.6" is fine. Love that it has a touch screen that I use a lot to scroll. I have had good luck with HP laptops and hope this one lasts for me.

Bought in late January, it's July now and I can say it's really good! Durable, fast charging, touch screen is nice and it does the job. Really fast! I got it as an upgrade from a HP stream, and god, this is like a whole new universe. It's good for everyday things, like college work and video streaming and whatnot. It's good for games, but if you plan to play heavy games, it mightttt be a little not worth it (it gets a bit choppy and the colors might be washed out.

I use this laptop mainly for writing and work that does not require programs using too much space. It's fast and totally works for my purposes. The only downside is that, if not plugged in, the battery does not last as long as other laptops I've had in the past.

I buy laptops that are on sale. We need them at my work for our supervisors to access one drive and email on a bigger platform other then a phone. This new HP posed a bit of a challenge as I have Microsoft 365 already purchased for my supervisors but trying to email the invite to this laptop was super difficult because it did not come with a free email program. I tried a workaround by going online to outlook but it still wanted me to use the bloatware it had installed on it. I finally uninstalled the "new" outlook it wanted me to use and went online to outlook.com to accept the invite to the family and download the apps that way. With the removal of the free mail feature this way harder to set up then it had to be.
