I really enjoy this laptop alot i love the touch screen makes my experience easier and its fast for my liking/.

Great value. Love the touchscreen. Functionality is perfect for my useage woth zoom meetings etc. Zoom meetings do however kill the battery in an absolute hurry.

The labtop is pretty good, does what I need it to do. I'm a happy person.I love the touch screen and the other options that it has to offer. The price wasn't bad either.

Great little computer for small tasks. Not great with memory capacity. With my phone link on I'm lucky to get 3 hours of battery life from a full charge. Speed is pretty decent. Other than that...not a bad computer for using around the house.

Working great for our student. Needed a PC based platform for classes and this one has plenty of computing power and speed. Touchscreen is nice.

I bought this a week ago on behalf of an elderly friend of mine. When I received it I was pleasantly surprised by how responsive it is given its price. Web pages load very quickly and software installs at a good pace too. I was a bit concerned how my friend would take to Windows 11, but after talking him through the differences from Windows 10, he's using it quite happily. We did have a problem with connecting his printer up insofar as it worked first of all then stopped after a couple of days, but reinstalling it fixed the problem. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because the keyboard feels cheap compared to the rest of the build of the laptop. It looks great, and the screen is bright but the keys on the keyboard feel flimsy.

I am honestly an HP fan. I purchased an HP laptop back in 2014 for college. That one recently kicked the can on me and I sprung for another one for the extra technology add-ons. I am impressed by the quality of the camera and bluetooth capabilities. I would recommend this to anyone in college or work. It is very fast with any task and I use multiple windows. It also charges pretty quickly. I am overall impressed and love my laptop. Great job HP!

Love this laptop. Great for my needs which is for daily home use. Would have given 5 stars except for the battery life which is not 10 hours as advertised but close to it depending on usage. I would definitely recommend.

Excellent laptop runs great a little confusing at first but very easy to figure out once you get to hang in it very lightweight definitely worth the money. It’s a definite must buy.

I was interested in finding a budget laptop for my wife and I to manage financial, educational, and other online tasks just to keep the home running smoothly - nothing strenuous in terms of computing power. I was curious as to whether I'd find such an option in Best Buy, but I was pleased to see there were several. We're very happy with this product so far - it does just what we had in mind and was reasonably affordable.

Very good laptop for every day use. Its easy to setup and the battery life if good. Bought this a Christmas gift and they loved it. Being able to use the touchscreen is a bonus.
