This laptop is great! What a bargain, too! In fact once i received it and started using it, I bought another one to have as a spare, becasue it is so great compared to the cost!

Great purchase & quality serves the price right. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I notice my keypad gets stuck often. But for $300 I really can't complain much. Runs smooth, great size memory, doesn't overheat easily, and the touch screen is sensitive but not overly-sensitive. WOULD BUY AGAIN.

Purchased because this computer was on sale and I liked the sleek design. It worked perfectly for a few weeks then started slowing down yesterday. Had a hard drive connected and running Photoshop so that could’ve been the reason. I only need it for simple tasks otherwise I would spend the extra money on a better one.

The HP laptop was everything that i need. Love the touch screen. My telephone ordering assistance was stressful due to the large technical knowledge differences. Don't assume that everyone is tech knowledgeable.

I purchased this laptop to replace the Chromebook that had been using which pretty much sucked. This HP computer is good if you just need something to do basic task such as writing emails, browsing the internet, and some streaming. I will say that when I made the purchase it was heavily on sale so I can't say I would purchase it at full.

The laptop computer had a good sale price when I bought it. So far everything is working fine on the laptop computer. Had a smaller computer before so it is an adjustment getting use to this computer. I have had a very good experience when I purchased the laptop from Best Buy. Every one was very helpful and professional.

Fast device setup and transfer of applications and data from failed system which required this purchase to be made. The system has been performing very well after these transfers have been made, much better than the system it replaced.

Bought this for my father to replace his dinosaur of a pc that he had. Great battery life and fast enough for him to do what he needs to do for simple web browsing and his simple games.

This is a very good laptop computer. It is a good quality and meets all of my needs and expectations. The initial set up was relatively simple. The transfer of data from my other device was pretty streamline. I am happy with the touch screen. The quality of the Hewlett Packard brand meets all of my expectations.
