This review is after having this computer for a whole month. The computer was purchased due to my budget, and it does not disappoint. It runs great, especially when running multiple apps on it. It does not get stuck or lag. I will say, to charge it fully before setting it up because it did get stuck. No issues have been found other than that specific one.

I bought this laptop for school and it has been great. Even with the amount of things I have saved it loads as fast as it did brand new. It meets all my expectations and then some 10/10 would recommend

I’m impressed with laptop. I has held up to all the features that were available. I have yet to use all its functionality but based on its performance now, I won’t be disappointed.

Ease of use . Have purchased very high end Laptops in the past and have been very disappointed. They didn't last at all . Liked this one so much, i bought two .. one for work and one for home . Cant go wrong with this one .. i think .

I love my HP laptop. It is everything that I wanted in a computer. Very easy to use. James was very helpful as a salesperson and a tech person. He answered all my questions in a way I understood.

Went to purchase the step down of the laptop but they didn’t not have it on the shelf so decided to just make the upgrade and I could be happier! I love the feature on this and I also love the fact that it’s a touch screen!

Great budget friendly laptop, i was looking for a budget laptop for school and this is the one, its very good for the price and i was amazed on how good it was since it was cheap. and i can play games on it.

I recently bought this due to some memory damage on my old one, and safe to say this is one major improvement, from the touch screen to the RAM, it makes it more than easy to draw, and manage my art

This computer works as well as those costing three times what this one did. Easy set-up, fast processing, and easy on the pocketbook. The only thing missing was the original box - hence the "open box" discount.

It’s great for school I’m a college student and I have had it for about 2-3 months now and it’s doing everything I need it to do it has great speed and for the size of the laptop I got it at a great price

The salesperson was able to find an open box unit I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable and I appreciate his expertise. The unit was in perfect condition and we enjoy using it.

Great labtop. Purchasing this product was the best choice i made. The wife needed a new labtop for school and this labtop had all the features she needed.

My wife and kids love this computer it's simple enough to put in parental control for kids and does all my wife needs to run her shirts and decal business from it. Does all you could ask for and more

Not bad for s cheap little computer. Fast enough to do what I need, which isn't much more then surfing the web and some word applications. Very disappointed that you can't get a drive built into a laptop much anymore. Only time will tell how long this will hold up before it starts to slow down like all other laptops.

Great for school and very much affordable. Does more than enough.
