Nice laptop. Not much of an owners manual. I had to call customer support the first day so I could download some tax software that wasn’t Microsoft approved. But other than that it works fine

As the 3 stars describe, its average. The screen display coloring is very dim/toned down even when on 100% brightness. Other than that it’s fast, lightweight, and is perfect for a college student.

Needed an inexpensive laptop to take to client's offices as a backup and this does the trick. Set up was easy, the touch screen at this level is nice. Only negative is that the screen is not very sharp/a little hazy and I had to calibrate the color for the minor design work I do.

Use it for school work. Charges quickly and is light weight. Touch screen works great

I'm still learning about Windows 11, compared to Windows 10.I like is so far it is a challenge for me, but I'm getting there with Geeks help. I always by HP Computers and I'm not disappointed with this one.

I bought this laptop for my daughter and she loves it. She has been to complete her school work on it as well as utilize streaming platforms and play games such as Sims.

Very up to date laptop. Many features that I haven't tried yet. Works well for my basic needs. The anti virus that was supposed to be free for six months didn't work. It wax expired or someth i g. Battery life is average. Good size. Not a bad choice for most needs.

I bought this to replace my wife’s old laptop and it has been great. It runs everything she needs with ease. She also plays apex from time to time on it so it’s not too bad for gaming either. Overall a great buy.

For the price it’s a really good deal. I’ve been using it for my online classes and it works! Also reminds me to take breaks when I’ve been studying too long. The touch screen feature is also a plus, but I am gonna take a star just because I had trouble putting on the free security code that it gives you along with the free gaming pass.

Great for a starter computer. I bought this computer for my daughter so she can do her homework easier, and it was very easy to navigate and she LOVED the touchscreen feature. def pleased with my purchase.

Purchased primarily for email, internet and school work. I like the large touch screen and buttons. My only issue is the keyboard isn’t backlit.

My computer went out on me & I work from home. Went to Best Buy and they had a great sale. This computer was the best fit for the things that I needed. So far, so good. Works perfect.

I love this laptop. It's touchscreen and you can use the keyboard easy to maneuver around a lot of features up-to-date. I just I'm just in love with. Can I bought one and then bought another one
