My new HP laptop is a great upgrade from old, antiquated laptop. I love the touch screen and other changes, making my weekly music arrangements much more simplified.

This item was purchased by me as a gift for a friend and he told me is one of the best laptops he ever had. It works well with various programs and the memory is well worth the price.

THE PRODUCT I PURCHASE WORK VERY WELL. IT WAS JUST WHAT I NEEDED TO COMPLETE MY ASSIGNMENTS AT SCHOOL AND KEEP IN TOUCH WITH FRIENDS AS WELL PAY BILLS AS DO INTERNET SEARCHES.

This is the best laptop I have ever owned. Does everything that I needed for a then some. I would recommend this for anyone that needs a home laptop for school, work or luxury.

I made a great choice. Had to do some serious research, but it paid off with a great laptop that was on sale! Never been unhappy with a Best Buy purchase.

I bought this computer last 2 months and I absolutely love it.. the touch screen feature is awesome... I could not be any happier with it .. the customer service in store was awesome.

Computer is fast, cost was big selling point. Keyboard is not lit, kind of hard to see in low light,but tolerable. Overall for what I use it for, can't beat it. Pleasure and small business use.

I've had this for a month and no problems. I'm not a gamer or student so this is all I need and it works great. I have had hp computers in the past and have always had good luck.

This is a good starter laptop. Bought this for our kid and he is using it for schoolwork and other fun activites. Not a high performer but adequate for its use.

Its fast! No waiting to load or much waiting to restart. I can open several pages at once and it keeps wanting more to do. This thing can't get enough.

This was purchased for College. her BSN for nursing great purchase, she loves it and we actually purchased another one for her daughter for high school in college as well.

Bought this laptop for simple things at home. It has worked awesome so far. And my sales associate was spot on and explained all that a "non computer" person like myself would need to know!

After much consideration, comparison and thought of what I actually needed purchased this laptop. Enough memory and gigabytes for everyday use. Like the touchscreen, but barely use it. Didn't need it to fold down, nor for gaming. So it's adequate for banking, surfing or watching YouTube. I have recommended it for the price point. It was easy to set up and switch out of S-mode, eliminate Microsoft Edge and download my choice of virus protection. The current resolution is good, customization on other aspects is always available. Battery life is fine, since I don't spend 8 hours on it. So far, so good. Signed, Happy Mom.

So far so good for the computer. Purchase of MSsubscription was a mistake. I scheduled a call to get help setting up email. MS person cancelled last minute and never rescheduled.
