I purchased my laptop for my business. I really love it. The natural silver color is beautiful. I love that it has a nice amount of memory. It was easy to setup. The touchscreen is nice. I just have to get used to it. The price was great.

This is a very, very good laptop. My son has had this for about two years now never had a problem with it. I would highly recommend this.

Easy setup. Easy use. Everything still working great. Got this as a new laptop for my mom and she's very happy with it. I am too, as she doesn't have all the problems with it she was having with her older machine.

Best laptop for Price. This item is always discounted for around $350 making it an extremely good offer from HP and BestBuy. Has an Core-I cpu and ssd for top speed. Most decent office laptop would also be perfect for school work. The only thing which might be missing is a USB-C thunderbolt port but does have usb-c.

This computer is great. Plenty of storage, great for basic college classes. Touch screen comes in hands and so does the 10 key.

Fantastic purchase. Bought for my 93 yr old grandpa and he is able to use it with no issues! For the price it is better than expected.

This laptop is great! I use it for everyday browsing, and to take meeting minutes for the fire company I volunteer for. The laptop operates quick and efficiently. I also picked this up using Curbside pickup and the attendant was quick and friendly.

I have been a fan of HP products for years, and the laptop I purchased has met all of my expectations!! It's fast, was easy to sync up with other devices in the house, and was quick and easy to set up. I use it a lot every day and I couldn't be happier with it!!

Works well, easy to use. I consider this laptop to be an excellent value for it's cost. My only concern is that I can't install my Webroot Antivirus, which I've used for many years, on this computer. I'm a bit uneasy without the added protection.

My son likes his laptop. It served its purpose. My son watches videos, plays games, and uses it for some school projects.

For the price, not bad. I got it for $275 at Best Buy down from $499. I recommend it for that price. However, I first upgraded the memory to 16 GB, so now I have 24 GB instead of 8 GB. Seems very fast for my use, mostly office work and personal, youtube, movies, email and such. Occasionally I play some games as well, nothing too advanced. Works great so far.

5 being great? 5! It’s awesome!!! Touch screen works great, easy to navigate. The only thing I don’t care for is how touchy the keypad is. Sometimes it I gently brush against it it will clear all my words but I can just right click and hit undo. But it’s great!

I am very pleased with my HP Laptop! What a fantastic change to my old laptop. It starts immediately and works fantastic! I was thrilled with the laptop and with Best Buy for having amazing service and members of the Geek Squad who are fantastic and very knowledgeable!

The HP 15.6" touch screen laptop has been a great purchase. It was easy to use. I didn't have to hunt for anything. Except the fingerprint option. The screen is clear, the pages upload quickly, and it came with Windows 365, so I was able to work on it immediately.
