    Even though it's a lower-priced HP laptop, it's performance is excellent. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is I'm having a hard time switching from Windows 10 to 11. Appears to be quite a learning curve to get back to the efficiency I had achieved. I know that's not HP's fault, but I have to gripe somehow and Microsoft doesn't have a customer feedback portal.

    I like this store because it's spotless and located in a nice area. They had what I needed. The young adults who worked there were not that helpful. They said they only worked in their area and to find someone in the computer area but there was no one there. But I knew what I wanted but it was locked up, and so after finding a worker who would help me in the computer area, I got it. I wish you had self-checkout because I had to ask where to purchase the laptop and was directed to the front of the store.
