Great laptop for the sale price. The touch screen is a plus.

I love my new laptop it has so many cool features and the display is amazing and the price I got it for mad it all worth it

I like this store because it's spotless and located in a nice area. They had what I needed. The young adults who worked there were not that helpful. They said they only worked in their area and to find someone in the computer area but there was no one there. But I knew what I wanted but it was locked up, and so after finding a worker who would help me in the computer area, I got it. I wish you had self-checkout because I had to ask where to purchase the laptop and was directed to the front of the store.

Works great and easy to use. Was an easy in and out purchase.

The Laptop has one striking issue. The WiFi disconnects intermittently. Despite updating the drivers etc, it has been found that this issue persists with similar WLAN Cards. The solution suggested was to replace the physical Realtek WLAN card. Other than the wifi issue, all other things are good with the laptop.

Good cheap laptop for light browsing, kids, general everyday activities etc.

My son is really enjoying his HP laptop! He uses it for his homework assignments and to stream movies. It has great features!

Works like it’s supposed. I use it for everyday things like watching movies/series and surfing the internet and it’s good but the only thing is seems like the battery life drains pretty quick.
