This laptop is perfect for writing and I love the touchscreen!

Its a good size fits in my backpack just right. I love it so much I bought 2 of them.

Purchased a 15" hp laptop to upgrade to Windows 11. Store sales person was very helpfulin selecting a device that fit my needs. Technician that assisted in making decision to purchase a new device was patient and thorough in explaining the possibilities and risks of not updating, and then transferring data frim old device to new. Transition was seemless and so far have not had any difficulties with use of windows 11, and new device was easy to adjust to.

Fair price, touch screen and good screen display, easy set up, Good quality, quick screen change. Good choice even for someone who is not familiar with technology such as my self.

This laptop was perfect for my elderly mother to do her personal business. She was able to operate it easily and needed little help. Perfect for someone that is not knowledgeable in computers.

I purchased this computer for an online class. I bought it on sale for such a great price. I like the way it runs, I have not any issues since. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a good hp computer. It also offered free subscription for window 11. Good customer service!

Bought this on sale. Set up was very easy. Love the touch screen option. I use it to pay bills, do banking and access work stuff. So far it has not disappointed

I was slightly apprehensive about buying an HP. I had one of their laptops back in the early 2010s and it was awful. They have gotten their act together. This laptop is excellent. With 8MB of RAM, it's great for web browsing, documents, and light editing of photos. It also seems to be made now so that you can safely wipe down the computer (in the age of Covid) without damaging it. That was the reason why my first HP laptop bit the dust. The price is so low, I'll just get another one in 3 or 4 years, probably sooner.

This computer is definitely not fancy or for intense gamers, but as a basic computer to do email and some small applications, it is perfect. Runs smoothly and Microsoft Office is running efficiently. Good computer for the money!

I love how easy this computer is to use for my personal and professional needs. The touch screen has been a bonus feature that I dind myself using more often than I thought.

Purchased this HP laptop online, on a Memorial day sale. Paid extra for same day delivery. Did NOT receive it that day. Was refunded the money for the shipping, then was refunded the amt. for the laptop, then it was withdrew again on the 3rd day. Received the laptop on 4th day. The laptop itself is great! Nice & quick, & smooth running with my programs. The touchscreen great too. Just wish I didn't have to go through the hassle receiving it. Best Buy's customer service was semi-helpful, but their ordering system needs to be more efficient. I would definitely recommend this laptop, Best Buy..... not so much.
