great for the price easy to transfer files to the new computer

Happiness is going to Best Buy, being served with a knowledgeable sales associate that listens to what I need and in a few minutes I am walking out the door with a smile on my face!!!!

Wish it had an Ethernet port. With one it really would be a pretty good deal

I was totally satisfied with the service received by the Best Buy associate. He was prompt, pleasant, proficient and respected limited budget by not insisting on an upgraded model or any unnecessary additions.

Functional computer that will cover the basics. A little laggy but it might be my internet service. My only issue with this computer is that the sound is super low. Also I had a similar model of this computer around the same price point that had chrome keycaps and felt very similar to a Mac Book. The sound was great. My child broke it so I had to get this one as the other model is out of stock. I was disappointed that the keycaps are made of grey plastic as it cheapens the experience and value of the product. If you have a hundred or more to upgrade to a different model (especially during a sale), I'd suggest that.

My daughter received this laptop for Christmas and absolutely loves it!

Basic laptop seems to be doing the job well for a home computer.

Bought for my daughter who is starting her first year of college. She loves it. It has evrything she needs in a laptop and was extremely affordable.

I loved the quality of the laptop, its great for everyday homework, great touch screen, and the copilot button in the keyboard is one of the best features

Seems to be a good laptop so far. Did have an issue with pop-ups and took it to the Geek Squad. They scanned and did some updates - which seemed odd to have to do since we'd had the laptop for about 2 weeks and had just loaded Microsoft - but problem fixed

I like it fine - although I would like it better if the top folded flat when open - but I do like that I can switch from keyboard to touch screen easily.

HP-15.6"Touchscreen Laptop I used to be very good.

Bought this for my father for his birthday. It was really easy to set up and transfer all of his data from the old computer to the new one.

Great computer for kids' schooling. Would recommend some kind of upgrade to the plug in port as it is easily damaged with daily use.
