    Need a basic laptop to replace my old one. This one came for good price and decent storage. Speed is ahnnn, and the battery life is not so great. But long as you have an outlet handy, you can complete your simple tasks. And those who havent used copilot my enjoy that feature

    Purchased this computer for my daughter to use in school, as they require a laptop. This met all of the requirements from the school and was priced relatively inexpensively. Was easy to set up and use out of the box. My only issue is that 20 days into owning the computer, it stopped in the middle of a paper my daughter was writing. Screen just went black, it would not charge, nothing. As it was past the 15 day Beat Buy exchange policy, Geek Squad has to send it back to HP for a new motherboard. Not terribly pleased if I am being honest.
