I always been and hp fan thru the years, and was extremely pleased with this one . It’s the perfect speed and great processor, would recommend it to anyone.

I purchased this computer for an online class. I bought it on sale for such a great price. I like the way it runs, I have not any issues since. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking to buy a good hp computer. It also offered free subscription for window 11. Good customer service!

I was slightly apprehensive about buying an HP. I had one of their laptops back in the early 2010s and it was awful. They have gotten their act together. This laptop is excellent. With 8MB of RAM, it's great for web browsing, documents, and light editing of photos. It also seems to be made now so that you can safely wipe down the computer (in the age of Covid) without damaging it. That was the reason why my first HP laptop bit the dust. The price is so low, I'll just get another one in 3 or 4 years, probably sooner.

Great computer, no issues. My 8 year old saved up his birthday money to get a computer and this is the one he chose. He loves it.

This computer is definitely not fancy or for intense gamers, but as a basic computer to do email and some small applications, it is perfect. Runs smoothly and Microsoft Office is running efficiently. Good computer for the money!

We had to replace a computer in the house. This one is an upgrade from what we had. It works well and is much quicker.

Love this and it has worked great for me! I have had no hiccups so far and the Norton is great as well.

Purchased this HP laptop online, on a Memorial day sale. Paid extra for same day delivery. Did NOT receive it that day. Was refunded the money for the shipping, then was refunded the amt. for the laptop, then it was withdrew again on the 3rd day. Received the laptop on 4th day. The laptop itself is great! Nice & quick, & smooth running with my programs. The touchscreen great too. Just wish I didn't have to go through the hassle receiving it. Best Buy's customer service was semi-helpful, but their ordering system needs to be more efficient. I would definitely recommend this laptop, Best Buy..... not so much.

I bought this for my 6 year old son for his K12 school. So much easier for him to thought the screen. Love this so much. Great buy.

Easy to set up and works great. I had purchased the Lenovo version with much the same memory and storage and I wish that I had purchased the HP. The HP products always work as expected.

Bought for my partner on an open box sale, he says it works very well and that the battery life is great. Was a bit slow to download applications at first but got adjusted very fast. The keyboard is wider than usual but not bad
