Grear little laptop. Love HP. Easy to use, touchscreen is excellent.

Great price for a laptop. I mainly bought it for school and it’s been working great. I do recommend it for use or maybe work but I will say the battery life isn’t the greatest. I do have to charge it daily and it usually lasts me 6ish hours before I hit 25% but over all it’s an alright solid laptop and the quality is decent.

Very nice, light laptop, fast and good for streaming, I use it for online classes and it's been great!

I ordered this as a Father’s Day gift for my husband. He said its very similar to the other one we had. I was able to back up the old laptop and transfer it to the new one and he was so impressed that nothing was lost! I got a great deal on it! Great buy!

Easy set up good functional access. Battery life seems great - no problems in the two weeks I've had this device.

I purchased this HP-15.6 Touch-Screen Laptop with 8 GB Memory and 256 GB SSD in April 2025. It replaced a 10-year-old Dell laptop computer running Windows 10 on it (which will no longer be supported with Windows Updates starting in October 2025). I love my new computer! It was very affordable, is lightweight and fits my needs perfectly. The Operating system (Windows 11) is super fast, the setup process was very easy.

This is a fantastic laptop. When it went on sale I had to rush and get one. I have an identical one I bought last year and love it. Great Windows 11 product. My wife has the new one I just bought and she loves it. It has every feature you would want. The Best Buy Geek Squad is the best. Full complete setup, I had to do nothing except give them a few details to complete.

I was so happy I waited until the 4th of July to get this laptop. The price dropped more and it was a really great deal. I love the touchscreen, first time I have a laptop with that feature. So far, it's been great. I will be transitioning to my new laptop from my current Chromebook that's 4 years old. My sons have had the same laptop for 2 years and so far it's been great for their online school.

Not a bad laptop. A Fast & speedy, good screen quality, a bit slow & freezes a bit, but overall not bad.

I was searching for a laptop that wasn't anything super strong as I really only use it for taking notes, watching videos, and some light programs. This laptop is perfect for that! The screen display is nice to look at especially at the size that it is, the keypad and board are nice and easy to type on, and even the camera is nice for a laptop too! The touchscreen is also just a nice addition. I don't use it too much, but it is very nice to have!
