I'm enjoying this laptop. I wanted to get rid of my Chromebook for a real, fully functional, regular laptop. I wanted nothing "saved to the cloud." Lost 2 spreadsheets because they got lost. Searched for them for 2 days. Gone. This is a normal laptop. Right size, memory, & touch screen for casual but daily use all at an affordable price

This laptop has been great overall. It’s strong and durable, and I carry it with me on planes all the time with no issues. I mainly use it to send emails, get work done, and join Zoom calls, and it handles everything smoothly. I keep it updated regularly and haven’t had any problems so far. Reliable, easy to use, and does exactly what I need it to do.

Overall good computer especially for the price! The speed is good and the processor works just fine.

It was an anniversary gift to my spouse. Can we say LOVVVVEEEEESSSS it! It was a really good surpised, much needed, and now provides me with some quiet time because honey is on it for a few hours per day. Thanks Best Buy!!!!!

I’ve only had it a little less than a week but so far so good. If something goes wrong I’ll come back to report, but prayerfully everything works wonderful. I purchased this device for everyday use and graduate school work if that helps anyone!

I like that computer for its price. It is not a fancy computer yet It has a touch screen and a basic setup for daily web surfing. I found the touch screen to be very useful and the processing speed is what you expect from an intel i3, if you're into gaming or if you need additional power, I would not recommend this. Peter
