Purchased a 15" hp laptop to upgrade to Windows 11. Store sales person was very helpfulin selecting a device that fit my needs. Technician that assisted in making decision to purchase a new device was patient and thorough in explaining the possibilities and risks of not updating, and then transferring data frim old device to new. Transition was seemless and so far have not had any difficulties with use of windows 11, and new device was easy to adjust to.

I went from a Lenovo computer to this HP and i love it soo much more. Its faster and easier to use. Will stay with HP from now on. I recommend this to anyone looking for a new computer.

The laptop is very beautiful, holds a charge really and the buttons feel very comfortable and stable to use. I have needed a new laptop for a VERY long time and this one fits my needs perfectly to the point of almost crying when I had it in my hands. Definitely worth a buy!
